alcho ME (conflicting : term but retrograd and combust - don't forget that ME is never over 28° from SU and it is combust in about one-fourth of all charts, and in a degree of combustion in about one-third of them). Here, the difference is that ME is alcho. And there is no classical alternative.
The only alternative (non classical) is to look at the planet closest to the ASC and in the best condition: it is VE. We then obtain the following table which shows that the alchocoden is SA.

Charles duke of Berry

Duke of Berry, later Duke of Normandy and Duke of Aquitaine, was a son of Charles VII, King of France. He spent most of his life in conflict with his elder brother, King Louis XI. He died in 1472, probably from a combination of tuberculosis and a venereal disease contracted from his mistress Colette de Chambes, the widow of Louis d'Amboise, Viscount of Thouars (he had been ill probably for at least two years...) ; it is not impossible that Charles of France was a victim of murder because the signs described (loss of hair, nails, alopecia) may suggest arsenic poisoning.

Note that Henri Stein in 'Charles de France' (Picard, 1919) indicates one hour after noon.

use months for years because alcho is afflicted - ( Y) dyH : dynamic house, The principle of dynamic astrological houses is the same
as for the zodiac. I remind you that a planet located in the last five degrees
of a sign is considered to be part of the next sign (provided it is not retrograde).
For houses, it is the opposite which, logically, must be understood: a planet located
in the first five degrees of a house is considered in the previous house
(even if it is retrograde): Indeed, it is necessary consider the "flow" of the primum mobile
that seems to move the whole sky.
