Alexei Petrovich Romanov
(28 February 1690 – 7 July 1718) was a Russian Tsarevich. He was born in Moscow, the son of Tsar Peter I and his first wife, Eudoxia Lopukhina. The eldest child and heir of Peter I, Alexei was suspected of being involved in a plot to overthrow the Emperor. Alexei was tried and confessed under torture during questioning conducted by a secular court. He was convicted and sentenced to be executed. The sentence could be carried out only with Peter's signed authorization, and Alexei died in prison, as Peter hesitated before making the decision. Alexei's death most likely resulted from injuries suffered during his torture.[37] Alexei's mother Eudoxia had also been punished; she was dragged from her home and tried on false charges of adultery. A similar fate befell Peter's earlier mistress, Anna Mons, in 1704.
I. Natal chart
A MO-SA conjunction in 1st mansion is always problematic; the ruler of SCO is on the cusp of VIII and exchanges a square with VE, master of the ASC.
According to Ibn-Ezra and Omar, VE is ALMUTEN. According to Lilly, JU is ALMUTEN.
We observe three unfortunate planets : MO (SCO) in fall, VE detrimental and debilitated (PIS).
II. Primary directions
A. MA opp MO
1. parameters
In this picture, we see the node value for the planet (here MA). The latitude is computed according to the node (cf. Morin de Villefranche, Astrologia gallica, XVI, cap. 5).

Here we only consider the Regio cum latitudine directions. But all the directional arcs are referenced in the analysis table.

In this case, the SA north node is 110.957 LEO (for 1690 year, but it is not the exact value).
