I. Natal chart

The author assigns MO for HYLEG ; i suppose because the birth is nocturnal... It is insufficient. ASC LIB has VE for ruler ; but VE is cadent and debilitated. SU can't be hyleg.  ME is debilitated, being in SAG. According to Ibn-Ezra, the ALMUTEN is SA ; according to OMAR, it is VE.  According to Lilly, SA. JU is exalt (CAN). So, by essential dignity, it will be logical to assign JU for ALMUTEN. But, by accidental dignity, JU is opposite to VE and cadent. So, the problem seems more to find the worst point than the best one ! Moreover, we see that SU is afflicted by two rays : □ MO and conj MA.

It seems that the worst planet is SU. But ME is very close in terms of debility.

conclusion

This natal chart again illustrates the importance of considering the SU only as a kind of 'capacitor', the nature of which varies according to the aspects received. In this case, the reception of 2 aspects (square of MO and conjunction of MA) totally debilitates it and makes it of the worst nature. We have other examples (see Michel Foucault). Moreover, we have to reconsider the # rays in term of zodiacal situation and no longer mundane, because the switch < domitude - L(z) > is dependent of the type of houses. If we want to make a comparative study between the 3 house systems for each ray domitude, consider that it is a very hard work.
