Hervé Guibert
(14 December 1955 – 27 December 1991) was a French writer and photographer. The author of numerous novels and autobiographical studies, he played a considerable role in changing French public attitudes to AIDS. He was a close friend of Michel Foucault. In January 1988 Guibert was diagnosed with AIDS.
This chart is an example of besieged POF. Indeed, the rules of astrology would like POF to be HYLEG. But POF is besieged. This is an impingement factor : exactly, Bonatus says that 'it shows a situation that is going from bad to worse' [see http://www.skyscript.co.uk/gl/beseiged.html]
This must of course be understood not from a chronological point of view but from a practically semiological point of view.
ALMUTEN score
SA is the ALMUTEN. MO has the worst score.
HYLEG score
The examination of the chart shows that neither SU nor MO can be HYLEG. MO is combust and SU is in II.POF is ideally situated to be HYLEG from the essential point of view; unfortunately, POF as we said is besieged. Under these conditions, POF can not be HYLEG. As a result, the HYLEG that should be elected in this chart is ASC.
The ALCHOCODEN is MA.
ALCHOCODEN score : MA is cadent, so Y = 15 (lesser years). We add : 12 years from conj MA-ASC (via term ASC : JU, lesser years) and we add 12 years from conj MA-POF (via term POF : JU, lesser years). So :
Yt = 15+(12x2) = 39 Y. (Guibert is dead at 36 Y).
One might think that MA, so close to the ASC, could be incorporated into I; I think it would be a mistake: contrary to the movement of the planets in the zodiac, the primum mobile is contrary: MA is already raised.
Primary directions
- (m) #MO conj MA
Observe this # between MO and MA. With MO proper movment, we have the following result :
Z C Regio-Campa EQU orb 0.01.
- (m) □ VE conj MA
Here, we have a mundane square of VE applying to MA.
REGIO-CAMPA M D orb PTO -0.29.
