(9 October 1947 – 7 January 2018) French and international popular "yé-yé" singer, daughter of Robert Gall, songwriter, and Cécile (whose father was Paul Berthier, co-founder of "Les Petits Chanteurs à la Croix de Bois"). Married to singer Michel Berger, they had two children. They lost their daughter, Pauline, who was suffering of cystic fibrosis. She announced her retirement in 1997 after Pauline's death and then lived half in France, half in Africa, N'Gor Island, Senegal. As stage director, she created the musical "Résiste" with her companion Buck Dawit, in 2015.
She had breast cancer 10 1993 and recidive in 2015.
